Once upon a time, there was a prince who wanted a princess, but the princess must be perfect. He then traveled the world mengelilingin only to find the princess, but she always find that something is not perfect in every princess meets. He found many princess, but nobody really considered perfect by the Prince. In desperation he finally returned to his palace and felt very sad because not find what she was looking for.

One night, there was a very loud thunderstorm; where thunder and lightning along with heavy rain fell all; night was really scary.
The Perfect Princess

In the midst of the storm suddenly someone knocked on the door of the palace, and the Prince's father became king at the time, himself came out to open the door for the guests.


A very beautiful princess standing outside the door, cold and soaking wet because of the storm that night. Water flowing from her hair and clothes were still wet; flowing down to the feet and shoes. The daughter claimed that she was the perfect daughter.

"We'll soon find out if the Princess said is true or not," thought the Queen, but she did not say anything. She went into the bedroom, removing bed sheets that mengalas that will be used by the Princess and the pea placed above the bed. Then she took twenty mattresses and laid on top of the pea. That night the Princess is sleeping on the bed. In the morning, they ask if the Princess was sleeping soundly at night.

"Oh I am very hard to sleep!" said the Princess, "I am very hard to close my eyes all night! I do not know what is on the bed, I was lying on something rough, and my whole body aches and bruises this morning, really scary!"

King and Queen immediately knew that the Princess is the daughter must be absolutely perfect, because only the perfect princess who can feel a pea placed under twenty mattresses and twenty's covered with a blanket. Only daughter who actually have perfect skin so smooth.

Prince then took it as his wife, and now he has found that the daughter had been looking for.
